We are pleased to announce details of the opportunity to sponsor a tent at WRTC 2026 in the UK.
We have 50 teams and therefore 50 tents are available. Of the 50 total tents, 42 of these are by QA (Qualification Area), 4 for Youth, 1 for the returning Champions, 2 Sponsored and 1 Wildcard.
Tent Sponsorship applications will be open at 00:00Z on Saturday 27th April 2024. They will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, by successful receipt of an email to [email protected] clearly stating who you are (individual/s, club, etc) and which QA (or other) you would like to sponsor. WRTC 2026 ask for a donation to the value of £1,200 per tent.
Your club/individual/s will receive recognition on the website as well as social media and we will visually display this at the ham shows such as Dayton, Friedrichshafen, Visalia, UK National Hamfest, RSGB Convention, etc. During the WRTC event, we will have signage at your site clearly showing the sponsor, with some wording and an image of your choice. We will also try, as much as possible, to accommodate some visits to your sponsored site tent before the contest to provide the opportunity for you to obtain photos.
